Father's Day Fly Tying at Legion Lake Lodge

Spend an afternoon on the deck at Legion Lake Lodge learning the art of fly tying in this hands-on class led by a Custer State Park Naturalist. Guests will be introduced to the basics of fly tying, including essential techniques, tools, and materials used to create effective fishing flies. All supplies are provided, and each participant will leave with their own handcrafted fly to take home. Registration also includes a CSPR pint glass and your first fill of tap beer or a Legion Lake Lodge malt or shake. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxing and unique park experience, this class offers a fun way to learn a new skill while enjoying the scenic beauty of Custer State Park. Recommended for ages 10 and up; participants should be comfortable working independently.
