Weddings at The Sylvan Lake Lodge:

On our Lakeside Ceremony Lawn, let awe-inspiring views of the Lake, forest, and towering boulders captivate your audience in every photo. Once you discover the magic that is Sylvan Lake, there's no going back.
Sylvan Lake Lodge is available for your wedding April 15 - October 30.
Ceremony Sites and Fees:
These outdoor wedding ceremony sites come with white garden chairs, set with an isle.
- Lakeside Ceremony Lawn*: $250 Total capacity: 280 people
- Lodgeside Ceremony Lawn: $100 Total capacity: 75 people
All ceremony sites include: setup and teardown, white garden chairs, electrical hookup and extension cord, two (2) 10x10' tents, rehearsal space, a guest book table, and a gift table.
*We reserve our Lakeside Ceremony Lawn for our brides and grooms who also rent the Auditorium (see below).
Reception Sites and Fees:
- Auditorium: $750 Round tables with a capacity of 180; banquet long tables with a capacity of 280. Total capacity: 280 people
- Outdoor Veranda: $250 Restaurant setup with a capacity of 75; banquet long tables with a capacity of 75. Total Capacity: 75 people
All reception venues include: setup and teardown, white or ivory linens and napkins, china, glasses, flatware, tables, chairs, four (4) bundles of firewood, access to the room from 10:00 a.m. through the quiet hour (usually midnight) on the day of your wedding. Note: Ampflied music is not allowed on the Veranda.
Catering:
We require that all food and beverage be catered by us. Our wedding menu offers a variety of options for you to create your desired meal for your guests. All buffets include a gourmet coffee and iced tea station. A private, full-service bar is available for your reception and there is no additional bartender fee as long as a $300 bar minimum is met. We encourage you to bring in your own wedding cake and decorations -- we want your venue space to look just how you have envisioned it! A food minimum must be met, meaning your amount spent on food (including hors d'oeuvres, dinner buffet and late night snacks), no matter your final guest count, must reach that minimum.
Auditorium food minimums (which change in accordance with season and day of the week):
- Saturdays in June, July, August, and September: $4,000
- Fridays and Sundays in June, July, August, and September: $2,000
- May and October (any day): $1,500

- $750

Lodging:
