Weddings at Blue Bell Lodge:
We understand that finding the perfect venue can be a daunting process. After all, it is one of the most important decisions that you will make for your big day! We want to help you make this decision with ease and have compiled some info to help you decide whether Blue Bell Lodge is right for you!
Blue Bell Lodge is available for your wedding May 1 - October 30.
Capacities:
- Outdoor Chapel: Natural wood bench seating for 50 people, with an additional 50 chairs for overflow seating. Total capacity: 100 people
- White Buffalo Room: Round table seating for 60 people, or banquet long table seating for 100 people. Total capacity: 100 people
Facility Fees:
- Outdoor Chapel: $100, includes: setup and teardown, wooden benches and additional chairs for seating, electrical hookup and extension cord, two (2) 10x10' tents, rehearsal space, a guest book table, and a gift table.
- White Buffalo Room: $250, includes: setup and teardown, white or ivory linens and napkins, china, glasses, flatware, tables, chairs, and four (4) bundles of firewood. You receive access to the room from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of your wedding.
Catering:
We require that all food and beverage must be catered by us. Our wedding menu offers a variety of options for you to create your desired meal for your guests. All buffets include a gourmet coffee and iced tea station. A private, full-service bar is available for your reception and there is no additional bartender fee as long as a $300 bar minimum is met. We encourage you to bring in your own wedding cake and decorations -- we want your venue space to look just how you have envisioned it! A $750 food minimum must be met, meaning your amount spent on food (including hors d'oeuvres, dinner buffet and late night snacks), no matter your final guest count, must reach a minimum of at least $750.
