Legion Lake Lodge Overview

The lake is named for the American Legion Post that once leased this land.
A variety of comfortable, family-size cabins are nestled in the forest, several of which offer a beautiful view of the lake amongst the trees. The Legion Lake Lodge Dining Room provides guests with the best in family dining in a casual lakeside setting. The general store offers both groceries and souvenirs. You can also pick up fishing licenses, park passes, and all the supplies you need for your stay at Legion Lake Lodge!
Fishing, boating, and swimming are all at your fingertips when you stay at Legion Lake Lodge. You can also rent a variety of watercraft, from paddleboats to hydrobikes.
When you've had your fill of water activities, begin exploring the forest with the numerous hiking trails located near the lodge! The Centennial Trail is right out the back door, and the Badger Clark Historic Trail is just minutes from the lodge. For a moderate hike, the one-mile trail around the lake provides the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the serene beauty of Legion Lake.
