Legion Lake Lodge Accommodations

Legion Lake Resort offers a variety of comfortable, family-sized cabins that are nestled in the forest within a short walking distance to the lake. We offer a total of 26 cabins (no lodge/motel rooms are available). Cabins are climate controlled and fully furnished, and include daily housekeeping service. Pets are allowed in all cabins for an additional $10 per night per pet. All cabins include flat screen TVs, coffee pots, microwaves, and small refrigerators.

There are no telephones in these cabins, and no guest laundry facility is available on property.

Legion Lake lodge has a full-service restaurant, with lakeside outdoor seating available. Also on property is a general store, swimming beach, and playground. A variety of boat rentals are also available.

Sleeping Cabins: S2Q

• Small one-room cabin. Two queen beds. Sleeps a maximum of four (4) people. No rollaway service.

• Two-room cabin, with one separate bedroom. The bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Living room has one full bed and a kitchenette. Sleeps a maximum of five (5).

• One (1) full bath

• Three-room cabin, with two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has one queen bed, and the other bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The living room has one sofa sleeper and a full kitchen. Sleeps a maximum of seven (7) people.
• Includes: Full stove/oven, full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, outdoor firepit, and picnic table.
• One (1) full bath

Centennial Cabin: CENN

• Large two-story cabin. Cabin stands alone, approx. 1/2 mile from Legion Lake Lodge. One bedroom on upper level with one queen bed. Loft with two twin beds, lower level had two queen beds in a general living area. Living room on upper level contains two sofa sleepers. Full kitchen on upper level.  Sleeps a maximum of 12 people.
• Includes: Full stove/oven, full refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, propane grill, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and wraparound porch with outdoor furniture.

General Information

• Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are furnished in cabins with kitchens/kitchenettes
• All cabins have bathrooms. 
• Extra person $10.00 per day. Rollaways $10.00 per day.
• Maid service, towels, and linens are provided in all units.
• Pets $10.00 per night, per pet.
• All cabins are NON-SMOKING.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

Because of its spectacular location and all that Custer State Park has to offer, there is a high demand for lodging in the park which makes it necessary for the following GUARANTEE and CANCELLATION policies to be in place. Please read through these policies carefully before making your reservation:

Reservation Guarantee Policy

The first and last nights stay plus tax is required for a deposit to guarantee the reservation. Credit card guarantees are charged the deposit amount at the time of booking. Immediately, upon receipt of your deposit, a written confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled on or before 15 days prior to arrival date will receive a deposit refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount unless the property is able to re-rent the cabin or room. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed against any refund due.

Sturgis Rally Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be prepaid in full for the entire stay during this annual event. Please see future rally dates below.
• Reservations cancelled on or before 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a deposit refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount unless the property is able to re-rent the cabin or room. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed against any refund due.
• Early checkouts will result in the deposit balance being held until the remaining nights are re-rented.
