Blue Bell Lodge Accommodations

Accommodations range from rustic cabins to charming hand-crafted log cabins with fireplaces and open-beamed ceilings.  All units are climate controlled, fully furnished, and include daily housekeeping service. Property includes 29 cabins, but no lodge/motel rooms. All units have telephones, flat screen TVs, and coffee pots.  Pets are allowed in all cabins with an additional fee of $10 per night per pet. Guest laundry service is available on the property.

Blue Bell lodge has a full-service restaurant, general store with gas pumps, and banquet facilities.

The Hayride Chuck Wagon Cookout departs from Blue Bell Lodge nightly, and the horseback trail rides depart throughout the day from Blue Bell Stables (located on-property).

Sleeping Cabins: S2D

• Large one-room cabin. Two queen beds. Sleeps a maximum of four (4) people.

General Information

• Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are furnished in all cabins with kitchens/kitchenettes
• All cabins have private bathrooms.
• Extra person $10.00 per day. Rollaways $10.00 per day.
• Maid service, towels, and linens are provided in all units.
• Pets $10.00 per night, per pet.
• All cabins are NON-SMOKING.
• Rates listed above are per night do not include tax.

Reservation Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

Because of its spectacular location and all that Custer State Park has to offer, there is a high demand for lodging in the park which makes it necessary for the following GUARANTEE and CANCELLATION policies to be in place. Please read through these policies carefully before making your reservation:

• The first and last nights stay plus tax is required for a deposit to guarantee the reservation.
• Credit card guarantees are charged the deposit amount at the time of booking.
• Immediately, upon receipt of your deposit, a written confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled on or before 15 days prior to arrival date will receive a deposit refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount unless the property is able to re-rent the cabin or room. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed against any refund due.

Sturgis Rally Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be prepaid in full for the entire stay during this annual event. Please see future rally dates below.
• Reservations cancelled on or before 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a deposit refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount unless the property is able to re-rent the cabin or room. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed against any refund due.
• Early checkouts will result in the deposit balance being held until the remaining nights are re-rented.
